Before the festivities begin, please note that all scheduled wedding activities will take place on-site at Alisal Guest Ranch. While we would love to have everyone stay together on the property, the ranch has a limited number of guest rooms. If you aren't staying on-property, please head over to our travel page for a nearby hotel option in Solvang.

Settle into the valley, the weekend officially begins the moment you turn onto the iconic tree-lined driveway. We invite you to check into your accommodations, kick off your boots, and start soaking in the Solvang air. We highly encourage everyone to arrive on Friday to fully enjoy the ranch’s spirit and amenities, but we look forward to greeting those of you joining us on Saturday as well. Take the afternoon to explore, grab a cocktail by the fire, and get comfortable—we’re so glad you’re here! 
Keep an eye out as the weekend nears—we may gather for an informal "cheers" at the Ranch around 5:00 PM for those already in town. Otherwise, we’re so glad you’re here and can't wait to see you!

Welcome Party | 5:30 PM, The Alisal Rodeo

To kick off the festivities, join us for a celebration under the stars at the ranch’s historic rodeo grounds. Expect an evening of refined rustic charm, ranch-inspired fare, and plenty of toasts to the weekend ahead.
Attire: Cowboy Cocktail

Wedding Day | 3:45 PM, Alisal Guest Ranch

We ask that you meet at the Alisal flagpole to board private transportation to our ceremony site at The Sycamore Grove. Please be sure to arrive promptly, as they will depart on schedule to ensure you don't miss our "I dos" under the trees. Dinner, dancing, and plenty of libations will follow back at the main hotel on the Grassy Oval Lawn. The party doesn’t stop there, we will head to an after-party at The Oak Bar from 11:30pm-2am.

A NOTE ON COMFORT: As the sun dips behind the hills, the valley air turns quite crisp; we highly recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay cozy through the evening.

Additionally, the ranch terrain is charming but rugged—ladies, please skip the stilettos. A block heel will be your best friend on the grass and gravel paths.

The Farewell Brunch  | The Sycamore Room at Alisal

Before we all head our separate ways, join us for a final ranch breakfast to close out the weekend. For those needing to hit the road early or catch a flight, breakfast will be available starting at 6:30 AM. We will be arriving between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM to share some coffee and hugs—please stop by whenever you can to say goodbye before you head out!
